Sharktank Judges

What an outstanding success our Entrepreneurship Bootcamp proved to be for all involved. Over an intensive and inspiring week, participants immersed themselves in the full entrepreneurial journey from idea generation and design thinking through to prototype development, business model creation, testing, refinement and final pitch presentation.

The bootcamp offered a dynamic blend of workshops, collaboration, creativity and problem-solving. Learners explored their own skills and passions, identified real customer needs, developed innovative business concepts, and worked in teams to transform ideas into viable projects. Through activities focused on empathy, market understanding, MVP development, sustainability and presentation skills, students experienced first-hand what it takes to bring an idea to life.

A particular highlight of the programme was the Shark Tank-style final competition, where teams presented their refined business models and pitches to a judging panel which consisted of Finnish invited expert and entrepreneurial bootcamp judge, Sari Eratuli, showcasing not only entrepreneurial flair but also confidence, resilience and teamwork. The programme also included a cultural visit to Dublin, adding an important intercultural dimension to the experience and strengthening relationships among participants.

Overall, the bootcamp was a hugely positive and rewarding experience that fostered innovation, enterprise, creativity, communication and international collaboration. It was a fantastic example of how immersive learning can empower students to think ambitiously, work collaboratively and develop the skills needed for future study, employment and entrepreneurship.
